Men's Soup & Salad

Sun., Jan. 19  ●  11:00 am-1:00 pm

 

The Men's Ministry will be hosting their Soup and Salad luncheon. This will be an all you can eat event. Individuals $7 and family of three or more $20.  At the last luncheon, we had over a dozen different soups for people to enjoy. As in the past, we are asking members to help donate a favorite soup and/or salad or dessert for the event. Contact Scott Wolter, 618-973-9525, with any questions or about a donation.    

Encounter Parent Meeting, Registration & First Rehearsal

Sunday, January 19, 3:00 pm, make sure you and your parents attend the Parent Meeting and Registration Sunday event. This is where you will learn more information about Encounter and can decide to join.  The first rehearsal will begin following registration.

 
Taters Gone Wild

Sun., Feb. 9  ●  11:00 am-1:00 pm

 

Team Honduras will host a Tater Brunch. Toppings include: egg, broccoli, ham, bacon, bbq pork, chili, peppers, nacho cheese, sour cream, chives, jalapenos, salsa, & shredded cheese...basically, whatever your heart desires. Homemade desserts available along with coffee, tea & water. Cost: $8.00 pp or $30.00 for a family of 4 or more. Use this opportunity to invite guests to church and lunch. Team Honduras will provide one complimentary brunch for each member that brings at least 2 guests.

 
Men's Iron Sharpens Iron Conference

Saturday, March 21, First United Methodist Church, Springfield, IL

All men are invited to this phenomenal 1 day conference.  We will experience 1st class worship, participate in seminars with nationally known presenters, and gain access to world class resources.  There are 16 equipping quipping seminars to choose from.
