Introducing.....Main Street Connection Groups
WHAT ARE CONNECTION GROUPS?
Connection groups are small groups of 10-14 people that gather regularly online or in person for about an hour each week to do life together. This is where you can make friends, be encouraged, and feel comfortable talking about Scripture, asking questions about the sermon topics, and sharing prayer requests.
WHAT CONNECTION GROUPS ARE NOT:
Connection groups are not Sunday School groups, Bible studies, or men’s/women’s/youth groups. They are not forums for discussing church business or issues within the denomination.
WHY ARE CONNECTION GROUPS IMPORTANT?
Because we were created to live in community! The Bible describes church as a family that spends time together, worships together, prays together, learns together, and does whatever it takes to make sure others have what they need. Hebrews 10:24-25 states, “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” (ESV)
HOW DO I JOIN A GROUP?
At the present time, there are 4 group opportunities. Please contact the group facilitators for information for a group that fits your schedule.
